5 Weeks and Counting

Only 5 more weeks until we move. I like it here in Philadelphia but can't wait to be in California. I am hoping for a mild winter with weather warm enough to use our pool. I am not looking forward to the drive out there. 1 car, 2 adults, 2 kids, 2 cats and 1 hamster! Should be interesting.

My girls are doing very well in school. Briar is getting straight A's in 6th grade and Darian is right on target in 2nd grade. Their new schools are on a year round schedule which means they will have 12 weeks of school and then 3 weeks off. They will be transitioning to a traditional school calendar starting next August.

I have so many things I need to do to prepare for our move. I need to find some motivation!
